At Beauty Me Studio, your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy below to understand our procedures for services and products.

Service Refunds

Due to the nature of beauty services, refunds are generally not offered once a service has been performed. Beauty services involve time, expertise, and products that cannot be recovered once applied.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will:

  • Discuss your concerns and understand what did not meet your expectations
  • Offer a complimentary adjustment or correction service where possible
  • Work with you to find a satisfactory resolution

When Refunds May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • A service was not performed as booked
  • A documented adverse reaction occurred (requires medical documentation)
  • The service was cancelled by Beauty Me Studio

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

Product Returns

For retail products purchased at Beauty Me Studio:

  • Unopened products: May be returned within 14 days of purchase with receipt for a full refund
  • Opened products: May be exchanged for store credit within 7 days if defective or causing an adverse reaction
  • Final sale items: Marked items are not eligible for return or exchange

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased at Beauty Me Studio:

  • Are non-refundable
  • Have no expiration date
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Are transferable to another person

Prepaid Services & Packages

If you have purchased a prepaid service or package:

  • Unused portions may be refunded at a prorated amount within 30 days of purchase
  • After 30 days, unused services may be converted to store credit
  • Package discounts will be recalculated if partial refunds are processed

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding services or charges:

  2. Provide details of your concern including appointment date and service received
  3. We will respond within 3-5 business days
  4. We will work in good faith to resolve the issue
