Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, when appointments are cancelled without adequate notice or clients do not show up, it affects our ability to serve other clients who may be waiting for availability. Please review our policy below.

Cancellation Notice

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations.

• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: No fee
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: 50% of service price

No-Show Policy

A "no-show" is defined as a client who does not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice.

• First no-show: 100% of the scheduled service price will be charged
• Second no-show: Future appointments will require a deposit or prepayment
• Third no-show: We reserve the right to decline future bookings

Please include your name, appointment date/time, and whether you wish to cancel or reschedule.

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment when possible:

• Rescheduling requests made 24+ hours in advance are free of charge
• Rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to fees at our discretion
• Availability for rescheduled appointments is not guaranteed

Emergencies

We understand that genuine emergencies occur. In the event of an emergency:

• Please contact us as soon as possible
• Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
• We may waive fees for documented emergencies at our discretion

Studio Cancellations

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs:

• You will be notified as soon as possible
• We will work with you to find an alternative appointment time
• No fees will be charged to you
